Shipping Domestic

In stock: Items will be shipped in 3-5 business days. If other accommodations are needed please email info@firesignstoneware.com and I will do my best to make proper accommodations. Rush fee will be applied accordingly. Depending on weight the shipping costs $8-$21 priority mail within the U.S. Local pickups and deliveries can be arranged within reason. I am local to Los Angeles and Glendale.

Shipping International

At this time international shipping is not available. I do ship within the U.S and even allow pick up if you’re local to Los Angeles and Glendale.

Custom Orders

Thank you for your interest in a custom order or commission!

For all custom orders, please refer all inquiries to info@firesignstoneware.com. All custom orders must be approved first to make sure they align with my branding, colors, shapes and aesthetic. You can browse my various current collections, styles, clay bodies and glazing options in my Shop located on my website or Fire Sign Stoneware Instagram. To best understand what you’re looking for, it’s helpful to receive reference photos of my current work for guidance on the size and shape of the custom piece(s). Not every color will work with every clay body, so color options will vary. Please refrain from showing me other people’s work as a reference to what you want. Each commission piece is individually hand-crafted, unique and special. Production results will vary which may or may not include variations in size and glaze as a result of being a small-batch ceramic studio.

Turnaround is 4 - 8 weeks. There are no returns on any custom orders, unless they arrive broken or non functional.

Returns

As a result of all pieces being individually handmade and unique, including color, shape and size, no two pieces are alike. Returns are not accepted and all sales are final, unless the piece is not functional. If a piece is shipped and breaks during the shipping process, then we can ship another piece with proof of picture in package.
